    *Vintage Ecuadorian Airmail & Forest Stamps, featuring the San Francisco International Exhibition, circa 1939/1965*
    ***Brief Description***
    The stamps are considered 'FINE' by my standards.
    The margins are offset ever so slightly, but are still visible
    There is an extended bow to the stamp as well, but not too, too bad.
    There are 'NO'
    hinge marks present at this time.
    The overall quality and design aesthetic is outstanding.
    A rare find, indeed
    This is also a lot of 6 mint stamps with original gum.
    The colors are bold, the picture is clear and the typography is excellent.
    A must have for any collector.
    **Historical Significance**
    The postal service issued these stamps in 1939 to commemorate the San Francisco International Exhibition.
    It also coincided with the World's Fair held at San Francisco's Treasure Island
    It celebrated, among other things, the city's two newly built bridges, the Oakland bay in 1936 and the Golden Gate in 1937.
    It's an awesome collector's item with a unique part of world history.
