Vintage 2"h Czechoslovakia Green Glass Perfume Top/Figure Bulldog Dog w/Collar

Here is an old green glass French bulldog.  It is roughly 2" high.  There are no markings on this.  We believe this is  Czechoslovakia glass and possibly a perfume top or just a figurine.  Hopefully someone will know and pass along much appreciated information to us.  It along with other animals including some Cracker Jack charms were in the same box from a local estate's collection.  There are several~quite a few manufacturer's imperfections in the glass.  There are indentations for stone eyes but we do not see any glue from any ever being there.  The collar and little bead are in tact.  Overall, super cute!!
