I would consider these 'New' as they do not appear to have been removed from the packaging or used.  Plastic has come away from the card backing and is slightly yellowed.
Pens included feature : Darth Maul, Qui-gon Jinn, young Anakin Skywalker, Ben Kenobi, Queen Amidala and Jar Jar Binks.
Item is a thrift store find and is being sold as-is and as-found.  These are not being sold for use right out of the package, as I expect the ink to have dried up over the last 20 years.

All items come from a smoke-free home.
Pens will be contained in a wrapping of cardboard, possibly additional bubblewrap, sealed in a polybag mailer and shipped USPS First Class with tracking provided.
