SET OF 2 COOKING BOOKLETS:    RUMFORD BAKING POWDER SOUTHERN RECIPES and EVERYDAY COOKBOOK FOR THE HOUSEKEEPER AND STUDENT
These cook booklets belonged to my grandmother in the early 1900s.

Southern Recipes:
It has stapled binding that is intact.  There is a hole punched in the top left corner with a string.  There are no tears that I see. Nice condition for its age. There are small stains on a VERY few pages.

Everyday Cook Book for the Housekeeper and Student
It has stapled binding that is intact.  There is a hole punched in the top left corner with a string.   There are some signs of wear on the cover near the binding and some staining on the cover.   A few of the pages have stains - the worst of which are on the center pages.  (see photos)
