Description
This is a rare real photo postcard of the school at the gold mining town of Kendall in north central Montana in the North Moccasin Mountains. The date has to be around 1907-1911. This school was two story with a large group of students and a play field in front of the school. The first school at Kendall was basically a cabin and then the progressive citizens of Kendall pooled together to build a first class school of its time. The post card is in fair to good condition have the left side torn and some smudging. This is another Charles Morris photo sold by the Kendall Drug Store...the Barnes King Gold mine can be seen in the backround.
