The coins in the photos are very representative of the coins you will receive. Although each half roll is unique.

No culls, mixed dates and grades.
All four digits are visible on each coin.  A lot of the coins have a sharp, clear date.
There are some that have weaker dates than others, but all coins have four visible digits.
I have several of these half rolls for sale.  I have taken a photo of a group in the bag I have.
From this photo, you can see:
1.  Each coin has a full, four digit date (with some sharper than others).
2.  Many are dated 1935, 1936, 1937 (these seem to be the most popular full dates that I come across.)
3.  Dates are mostly from the 1930-37 range but there a few earlier in the bag, I pull them as they come. 20 at a time, only removing a cull if I see one.
4.  Some with mint marks.
