    1928 (Aug. 28): The 'unissued' variety '75 Cts. 75' on Scadta 15 c. carmine, mint example of this contentious stamp, listed and unpriced in most catalogues, fresh, a GEM Stamp in original gum, hinged and with quite clear water marks. A rarity of Airmail philately.
