    Ecuador 1930, 50c art museum in trial color with WATERLOW & SONS LTD. SPECIMEN overprint WITHOUT the usual small punched hole, SCARCE thus (Scott no. 312). The stamp is without gum. There is light vertical CREASING at right side of stamp.
