Sugar and Creamer are in very Good Condition. Lovely Celtic design with gold rim.  Carrigaline Pottery is from Cork, Ireland. This Pottery Manufacturer was founded in 1928 and closed in 1979. Sugar bowl is 2" tall and opening is 2 3/4". Creamer is 2" tall and measures 4" from handle to spout.  Lovely set.
