    Description

    Before paper, postcards were leather in the Victorian era. This group of 7 souvenirs of Butte, Montana includes 4 appliqué florals and 3 faded scenes (one Indian chief, one with women's faces and a faded poem and one of a woman with a man -- or frog!). All are inscribed Butte Mont or Greetings from Butte Mont. Some of the lettering has been punched out with a hole punch. Reverses are printed Post Card with lines for the address and a square for postage. Some say "This side for the address". 5.25"x3.25"
