    "Reliable Recipes" Calumet Baking Powder Co. 1920 Cookbook:

    A good example of the artwork of the period. The front cover features a maid welcoming a small boy holding a large can of Calumet Baking Powder with a white dog beside him. The front cover reads, Reliable Recipes "Always Welcome." The back shows the boy wearing a chef's hat and spooning Calumet Baking Powder out of the can.
    Contains recipes and pictures of some of the prepared foods. Has a 4-page index. 76 pages.
    Date of 1920 established by match with a digitized version of the book in the Michigan State University Library. Salient features that distinguish it from the 1918 edition is that this version has no color on the first page or on the centerfold photo.
