1970 Chevelle LS6 454/450 H.P. Cowl Induction Spacer 3975977

Description

Here is an extremely rare factory original GM produced Cowl Induction Air Cleaner to Carburetor Spacer for 1970 Chevelle with the LS 6 454/450 HP engine. This has been in dry storage for 40 years with patina that only that kind of age can produce. The real deal that will separate the show winning concours cars from the wannabes. Included is the never found original top gasket that is still pliable with no splits or cracking. The last photo shows the very slight bump in the wall of the spacer. Clearly shown are the 2 separate pieces of metal that cross and go over the carburetor stud. This part would have had a paper tag on the bar with PN 3975977 on it originally if it was sold over the counter. There is no part number stamped in this piece that I can see. There is a NOS one available (no gasket included with it) here on EBay from another vendor for 0.....Impossible to find at any price so bid to win as high bidder wins with free priority shipping to any lower 48 states address.
