    Description

    This listing is for a 1918 Buffalo Nickel Doubled Die Reverse. It is certified by PCGS as VF Details Smoothed FS-801 DDR. For the most part the coin looks pretty good but does have a light unnatural sheen to it from the smoothing. Doubling shows on "E Pluribus Unum" and the die clashes are also present. As outlined in the Cherry Pickers Variety Guide this coin has the diagnostic crack from the "rim to the Bison's rump". This is a rare variety not typically readily available in any grade.
