(i think that is what it says)
" once located in old downtown
DOUGLAS, ARIZONA.
Back in the 1910s the town of Douglas was a mining relating town, with a big smelter, and processing ore for camps like Bisbee Arizona. The town is located in historic Cochise County on the Arizona Mexico border, near the town of Agua Prieta in Mexico. Cochise county home to Tombstone (Ok Corral, Wyatt Earp fame) and nearby Bisbee.
This is a really neat old document. Just love the colorful OWL PICTORIAL on one side. A great "go-with" for a Owl Drug bottle collector.
I have a little group of these which came out of a Douglas Arizona estate.....EACH IS UNIQUE.  This particular one is made out specifically  for a person named "
MRS. TINDAL
", in the MINING SMELTING BORDER town of Douglas Arizona.
Prescription document is off white paper with red lettering, rectangular,  about 3 3/4" x 5 1/4"  in size, and it displays nicely. (please see pictures in gallery)
