    was an Indian from the Crow tribe. He was a scout under the command of General
    George Armstrong Custer, who commanded the
    7 th
    Cavalry Regiment
    during the 1876 campaign against the Sioux and Cheyennes of the north.
    He survived the Battle of Little Bighorn.
    He survived the battle and went on to live a peaceful life on the Crow Reservation in the Big Horn Valley region, just a few miles from the site of the famous battle.
